STEP: 1
Schedule a Discovery Call

We’ll start off with a free discovery call. This is where I’m able to learn more about you, your current struggles with food, body image, and whatever else you’re comfortable sharing with me. This call is also where you’ll be able to get to know me better, explore my philosophies, and see if we’d be a good fit to work together.

STEP: 2
Initial Session

After our discovery call, if we are a right fit we’ll go ahead and schedule our first coaching session together. We’ll use this 75 minute kick off session to discuss all your goals and what you’d want to accomplish during our time working together.

STEP: 3
Ongoing Support

Throughout our time working together you’ll be fully supported and guided throughout your journey. During our sessions together, we’ll create a custom plan that is complete with the tools and knowledge you need to begin making impactful changes with your relationship with food and rediscover your connection with your body. We’ll be unpacking all your beliefs, unlearning toxic thought patterns related to food and body image, all while being completely supported by me as your dietitian.
